If you want to experience the romance of France in Tbilisi, take a walk on Gudiashvili Street. Brasserie Buvette is a European restaurant with French accents, a gala design and an interesting choice of dishes from chef Levan Khabelashvili. Give the grilled salmon a try, mildly fried and served with perfectly spiced quinoa and butter sauce. The Chateaubriand steak sits perfectly beside high-grade vegetables and bordelaise sauce. The Poulet Roti is light, offering nice, juicy meat complemented by couscous and Romesco sauce. Bon Appetit!
