Ghumeli is the warmest place in Tbilisi, the center of hospitality, offering a friendly and calm atmosphere. The restaurant at the top of “IOTA HOTEL TBILISI” at the crossroad of Lermontov-Galaktioni streets is outstanding for both its interior and its menu. The menu focuses on healthy products and cooking methods, each dish cooked with professionalism and love. The central accessory is a stone stove, which stands in the central hall. Guests can keep watch over the process of cooking and baking. The cuisine of the restaurant is diverse, with unusual visuals and different ingredients, evoking the taste of home-made meals. You will explore modern Georgian dishes: Khinkali soup, Kubdari and Khachapuri in special stick forms. To top it all, Ghumeli is surrounded with the views of Old Tbilisi and in warm weather, the roof is rolled back to let you enjoy the fresh air.
