The word “palaty” means Imereti ode where the first floor is built of limestone. Enjoy the warm family atmosphere and home fire always burning. Palaty receives visitors in an especially friendly atmosphere and hosts them with selected and original local dishes. Located in the prettiest place of the old city, near the white bridge, Palaty stands out for its comfortable and vintage environment; two floors that are different from each other, a floral terrace and a small beautiful yard. The romantic space of the first floor welcomes guests with sweet tunes of live jazz. The light and colorful environment on the second floor makes for a calm and positive mood. Palaty wine bar with its exclusive collection, culinary and folk-lore master classes is also one not to be missed.
