Abundant four-season Kakheti, Gombori, “The View of the Deer”,
Kisiskhevi village, vineyards in rows, and then Chateau Schuchmann set
in a beautiful landscape, there really is nothing to dislike here. In their
restaurant, choose a seat near the fireplace or enjoy the breath-taking
views of the Caucasus Mountains from the balcony. Try the mutton
stewed with cherry plums- a precise balance of flavors, with a sprinkle
of tarragon to create an amazing aroma. Local meat and fish cooked
in aromatic oil gives a special, exotic taste to the dish in an unbeatable
